Description
Mr Adam Small, the Coloured poet and lecturer of philosophy at the University College of the Western Cape, was at the polling booths early today to cast his vote in the Coloured Persons' Representative Council elections. Miss M Benjamin, a canvasser at the polling station of the Lansdowne Civic Centre, in the constituency of Liesbeeck, checks his name on the voters' roll before he casts his vote.
