Snoek run: the snoek boats are moving with the early morning sun because large shoals have moved in on the Peninsula's Atlantic coastline. Catches of up to 500 fish a boat are being made. Prices have dropped from R3 for a snoek early this week to R1,40. The boats have been working along the coast from Clifton to Slangkop. Fishermen say it could be one of the best snoek seasons in years.
