An unemployed Grassy Park mother will have to pay the municipality R409 because of a computer error in calculating her electricity bill over the past two-and-a-half years. I gave my daughter the money for the account every month and she paid it," said Mrs Ferrier. Receipts since October 1979 show that Mrs Ferrier's accounts ranged between R4,06 in 1979 and R12,53 in November 1980 and between R1,14 in March last year and R19,56 in March this year. Her monthly electricity consumption was between three units and 300 units.
