Man from Atlantis - Piet Burger, project Director for Atlantis with the status of deputy secretary of the Cape Divisional Council, is the man whose vision saw the plans for the country's biggest Coloured city off the drawing boards to the vista he surveys. Burly and amiable, Mr Burger says: "I would like to devote my whole life to Atlantis...there is no bigger job satisfaction. But then my job will probably be filled by a Coloured man eventually."
